  • Each ministry area and partner is encouraged to submit a Consent Agenda Report for each Church Council Meeting. Use the template above as a guide. The goal is to report information ahead of time so every Council member can review all the ministry happenings prior to meeting in person. This allows for a more efficient meeting focusing on collaboration, skill building and aligning ministry for maximum effectiveness.

  • New Ministries DOWNLOAD the above link, complete the form and submit to the church office. (viewing the form in a web browser will not allow you to submit)  Applications are reviewed by the Executive Team and any adjustments needed are worked through with the applicants.  Once the New Ministry's application is solidified it is presented to the Church Council at its monthly meeting for discussion and approval.

  • Every work area and ministry reviews its work on a regular basis.  Each month the Church Council distributes a Consent Agenda that contains the reports from each organized group.  Any new programming or ministry decisions are to be coordinated and approved by the Church Council.  This is not a process of control.  Rather it is an effort to align all work with the vision for ministry.  DOWNLOAD the above link, complete the form and submit to the church office.
